Small Projects, Big Impact: Lighting Up a Mezzanine in Bridgeport, TX

At Contemporary Energy Solutions (CES), we believe that no project is too small to deserve expert attention. That was the case with a recent job in Bridgeport, Texas, where a facility had just completed the reconstruction of a mezzanine—but it was missing one critical component: lighting.

The challenge was simple but important. The space had no existing lighting, and the team on-site needed a quick, effective solution to make the area safe and usable. While this wasn't a large-scale retrofit or multi-phase upgrade, it was the kind of job that can easily sit unfinished without the right partner to step in.

CES quickly assessed the space, provided a quote, and took care of everything from procurement to installation. The project involved:

  • Installing 8  LED fixtures
  • Running 20 feet of conduit between them
  • Setting up motion sensor and daylight harvesting controls
  • Training facility staff on how to use the smart lighting feature

What made this project stand out wasn’t its size—it was the speed and simplicity with which we helped solve a real need. Sometimes, the best service we can provide is simply giving a smaller project the attention it deserves and getting it done right, the first time.

Whether it’s a large-scale energy upgrade or a quick lighting install, CES is here to help facilities run smarter and more efficiently—one project at a time.

Need help getting that “small” project off your to-do list?

Let’s make it happen.
